The Electric Hydra is a podcast about games. Well, no it’s not. Not really, at least. The Electric Hydra is a collective of shows featuring a wide selection of closely-knit members and former members of the enthusiast press who just want to get together one morning or night of the week and shoot the shit. More often than not, the talk revolves around video games. I mean, they’re kinda our lives. But sometimes we talk about movies, books, Internet culture, and whatever else is on our minds.

The Electric Hydra is our flagship podcast, born from the ashes of Destructoid’s old “Podtoid” show. Unlike that show, we have no working frame work, which allows us to be fast and loose with our criticism and topics. The current cast of TEH are:

The Early-Ass Morning Show In The Morning is the compliment to TEH. Every two weeks or so, the cast discuss several of the week’s most important video game “news” stories while injecting their own brand of humor into the mix. We also try to grab special guests from the industry whenever we can. The current cast of EAMS is:
